The CEO/Owner of the company was receiving treatment for brain cancer, and I helped with the continuity of operations during this time frame. While in the role, I took on responsibility for upgrading IT infrastructure, identifying and implementing CRM/SFA solutions, rebranding the company, and developing its online presence and lead generation programs, as well as developing sourcing relationships for key product categories in areas HABA and others.

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Eccompli System, LLC I was tasked with the development of business strategy, domestic and international operations, sales/marketing, and development of investment capital for this angel-funded BPO operation in the Outsourced Accounts Payable, Electronic Medical Records, Medical Transcription, and Construction Logistics and Project Management markets. During my tenure, I acquired an additional round of Angel investment of $2MM, and led the acquisition of the company by a private entity as part of a large roll up into a $115M VC funded merger between a major front-end US payables BPO and back-end India based MNC operation.

Web Elite was an web application developer in the automotive, finance, marketing, and insurance markets. As the EVP, I grew the company from 4 employees to over 50 and expanded operations nationally adding high profile clients like GM, Visteon, MMC, Thompson Financial, DigiTrade, PacificLife, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and others. The company experienced a nearly 386% year-on-year growth for two years under my tenure. The company was ultimately acquired.
