I played for the Saskatchewan Silver Sox in the Arizona Winter League and was drafted by the Amarillo Sox of the independent professional baseball league, the American Association. Sadly, my dream was short-lived, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a lot about myself through the process.

I had the opportunity to develop a business plan for a local upstart company in the natural/organic confectionery industry.
