Head Brewer
CurrentProcure and manage raw materials to ensure production schedule is maintained;Research brewing techniques to increase brewhouse efficiency and customer satisfaction;Create and implement brewhouse protocols that resolve issues, maintain a quality product, and ensure the team is updated with brewhouse status;Clean, sanitize, and/or prepare fermentation, production vessels and other equipment as needed;Conduct Quality Control of fermentation, packaging, and distribution;Coordinate with farmers to pick-up spent grain.
