Engaged community member.I am the Director of Litigation Support at Lathrop GPM LLP where I supervise the Litigation Support team and the litigation & corporate docketing team.I oversee services related to client technology & e-discovery and assist the firm’s lawyers with all stages of the EDRM. I develop & manage firm processes related to document collection; review & production of documents; and trial support. I help ensure that the firm provides clients with effective & efficient solutions to meet their individual needs & requirements. I supervise the firm’s litigation & corporate docketing team. I manage the firm’s data room application. I coordinate internal legal holds and work with the firm's IGM team to effectuate client file transfers into and out of the firm as a result of lateral attorney movement or client/matter movement. At my former firm I successfully negotiated and implemented a managed services e-discovery processing, hosting, and review solution that allows cases of all sizes to benefit from the use of current technology in a budget conscious manner. I currently manage the same kind of relationship at Lathrop GPM and have negotiated a renewal on favorable terms to the firm, still providing best in class technology at budget friendly rates.I previously was an attorney defending corporations in complex litigation in state/federal courts across the country. As such, I have extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including defensive and offensive discovery, trial preparation, and trial support. I recently joined the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC). I have been active in The Sedona Conference Working Group One. I am a frequent speaker/writer on e-discovery issues and technological competency as an ethical obligation. I was active in the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and served as the Chair of the CLE Committee. I was a member of the Supreme Court/Missouri Bar’s Joint Task Force on the Future of the Profession. I have happily served on the boards of several non-profit organizations throughout Missouri.
