Mondelez has Nabisco cookies and crackers and Cadbury chocolate and gum, and its products are sold in all countries around the world.In my role as an Master Data Analyst I am accountable for the North America SAP projects for customer and customer hierarchy master data. This included any data migration and mapping and working with global governance and client content management teams to ensure data integrity, changes to interfaces and all WRICEF documentation has been completed, test scenarios are created and leading the UAT testing. Recently completed projects to include: Headed the SAP FSCM project for the North America Master Data team, Built ad hoc reports for the customer master data harmonization project, increased the usage of the customer workflow tool to 100% and provided training on the workflow across multiple locations.

I led application support team lead and was the Subject Matter Expert for the Sales Representative tablets and Drivers HHCs and for the mainframe Daily Invoice and Master Data databases. Successfully led all changes, enhancements and testing to the supported applications according to Vendor Management defined SLAs. Priorities included: Upgrading the sales representative application software, prioritizing initiatives for the support team, managed the retirement and archiving of the mainframe invoice and master data databases and collaborated with business and IT teams for the divestiture of the pizza business.

Participated in projects for the Biscuit SAP Implementation, changing FTP to MQ series in the Invoice warehouse interfaces, consolidated mainframe jobs for productivity cost savings, create a lockbox balancing process with the Finance team and executed Y2K testing.

As a support team member I provided all changes, enhancements and testing for the Multiple Currency Accounting and Reporting System/Continuous Book Value mainframe application.Participated in projects to convert customer accounts from period based to continuous accounting, advised UAT and QA teams on technical issues and validate the mainframe programs against the accounting and valuation ledgers.
