Leading the project team in the implementation and management of a project that aims to have a stronger systems and response to Online Child Sexual Exploitation (OCSE) in Taguig City, Angeles, Pampanga, Bohol, and Cebu, Philippines. Collaborate with the Consortium members and other service providers (e.g. Consultant/s) in the selected geographical project areas to address and respond to OCSE-related gaps (e.g. education, income generation, health, other specific risk and vulnerability factors etc.) to ensure the project can play an active and vital role in developing and coordinating efforts, towards effectively implementing partnerships and interventions. Working with TdH country and regional staff, stakeholders from government, law enforcement, CSOs and the private sector as well as with children, families and communities.

Philippines

On consultant basis, the role is in close coordination with Plan International Philippines’ Communications and Advocacy Unit. The primary function of the position is to support the implementation of the youth engagement strategy of the Girls Get Equal campaign.Specifically,• Coordinate children and youth engagement efforts in programme and project areas of the Girls Get Equal campaign;• Support the children and youth activities of the Girls Get Equal campaign, e.g. youth mapping/profiling, youth participation in national to international engagements, youth workshops/meetings/consultations, youth-led community advocacy activities;• Lead the content planning and moderation of the Girls Out Loud platform;• Facilitate Plan International’s virtual consultations with children and young people via the Girls Out Loud and other consultative platforms and modes;• Assist in implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of safeguarding children and youth risk assessments/plans;• Coordinate and network with gender equality advocates, youth organizations, girls and women organizations, schools and universities, youth councils, and government agencies to support the work of Plan International’s youth group;• Organize youth activities, events, and meetings;• Manage and monitor Girls Get Equal and Girls Out Loud Facebook groups;• Prepare, coordinate and execute logistics including procurement, event organizing, documentation, etc;• Support in the implementation of various campaign, communications, and advocacy activities of the unit.

Provides prompt and efficient support to the college’s faculty, students, and professional staff. Set the strategic vision and direction for the school’s academic framework and prepare key goals accomplishments reports of the Director of Academic affairs. Lead the programme development and assessment requirements for Southern Bicol Colleges and assists the office of the Director of Business Affairs in policy making.

Masbate City

Provides learning and facilitate classroom discussions with graduate students for the courses of Curriculum Development, Principle of Teaching profession and Social Sciences. The role entails the preparation, planning, implementation and assessment of key learning components of students, ultimately inculcating the values and knowledge of a 21st Learning Facilitator.

Philippines

Responsible for the operation and management of Sponsorship functions and its implementation in Masbate Program Area. This includes monitoring, tracking, organising and leading initiatives for sponsors’ retention and securing timely, quality and content worthy communications from the sponsored children. The role involves regular coordination with various national organization’s sponsorship unit, administration of child sponsorship systems and management of the rich child sponsorship data for analysis, programming, monitoring and evaluation.

The role involves planning, designing, engagement, preparation, creation, monitoring and evaluation of communication materials and activities for the utilization of the program area and its projects. This includes the gate keeping of Plan International’s brand as well lead and mobilize support from government and private sector partners for the organization’s various campaigns and advocacies especially on Gender Equality and Girls Rights. Act as a one of the lead facilitator for Champions of Change, a youth engagement training and the various learning and development activities for Disaster Risk Reduction, Nutrition and Responsive Care, Child Protection and Youth Economic Empowerment programmes. Function as the influencing and advocacy lead for the sponsorship funded Safer Cities for Girls - a gender transformative Programme in the Province.

Manages the implementation of organization’s program through Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) approach. This includes the mobilization of resources and support for the marginalized communities through the Situational Analysis, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation (SAPIME) and initiating and maintaining partnership with other duty bearers and the stakeholders in the locality. Implemented interventions on Education, Governance, Participation, and Health programmes. Supervised projects such as the Tokyo Marathon funded School Construction, community saving group, and involved in various business development for local and international initiatives.

Additional role to lead the Program Area’s programs on child participation. The role involves designing and leading activities under child participation programming and ensuring the realization of meaningful participation of children and young people in decision making.
