Within the Vaccination Policy and Advocacy department at Sanofi Pasteur, served as part of team of consultants identifying Vaccine Coverage Gap Root Causes for Influenza Vaccine in Poland and Mexico and Childhood Vaccinations in Gabon using the 5 As Methodology (Access, Affordability, Awareness, Acceptance, and Activation). Research• Analyzed marketing, scientific, and behavioral data to identify impediments and key success factors to increase flu immunizations in Poland. • Worked with the Poland Country Team to gain understanding of local market and conditions. Presentation• Provided strategic recommendations to the Director of Vaccination Policy and Advocacy.• Presented findings to a working group composed of Key Opinion Leaders and Key Decisions Makers in Warsaw.

Walgreens Pharmacy is one of the largest pharmacy chains in the United States with over 9000 locations. As a pharmacist and pharmacy manager I was responsible for the dispensing and educating patients on proper medication usage, administration of immunizations, and performance of health screenings. As well as liaising with physicians and 3rd party payers in a fast paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment.Pharmacy• Dispensed medications and interacted with patients in settings dispensing up to 500 prescriptions per day.• Advised physicians on medication changes based on patient clinical and financial needs.• Counseled patents on medications using the Indian Health Service methodology.
