I effectively doubled restaurant revenue while maintaining optimal profitability, ensuring the sustained growth of my ventures. At the core of my achievements is the dedication to building strong, motivated teams while building community at the same time. During challenging times, my heart for the community drove me to launch a free meal program for homebound seniors amidst the pandemic, nourishing and comforting 100 seniors daily.The industry has recognized my efforts and vision, and I am honored to have received the esteemed 40 Under 40 Award from the Southwest Chamber of Commerce.
