Achieved by understanding all tasks required by each team member, bringing forward completion dates and reducing approval times. Opened new higher interest earning bank account generating approximately $48k in additional revenue per year from surplus cash on hand.

RMD Industries is a privately-owned group with an industrial focus operating in the manufacturing and B2B distribution of metal-based components through its two divisions (Downee & Pratco) with turnover of approximately $50m.Achievements: Created the cash flow forecast which was used to calculate dividends payable and invest surplus funds in multiple currencies generating approximately $50k in additional revenue per year. Brought on board new vendors such as Corporate Traveller which led to cost reductions of approximately $24k per year in addition to faster and more accurate reporting. Reduced the month end reporting process down from seven days to five resulting in the financial reports being issued to management and the board two days earlier.
