Gulf Coast, as the company was known, was a regional trade show house. Under my direction new divisions in sign production, project management and financial services have been added providing global solutions to large public/ private construction projects. The company crowd sources all labor and project management solutions.

Florida

I acquired Coastal from the original founder and quickly increased sales by nearly 300% and introduced processes to streamline operations. Focusing on value drivers I successfully sold the company and transitioned the buyer.

Asia

I located, assessed and organized acquisitions, mergers and joint venture candidates for small investors and small and medium sized businesses looking to grow or exit their companies.

Usa

I founded Horizon Pharmaceuticals and ultimately navigated the company through a hugely successful growth period prior to selling the assets and component parts to merger and joint venture partners both here in the US as well as India and China.

My responsibilities were to scale production to meet valuation expectations when the company was fully acquired by Teva Pharmaceuticals USA. Teva is now the largest generic pharmaceutical company in the world.
