Michael Crim has been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years and has had the opportunity to try more than 40 cases to verdict, including cases in West Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. While Michael has primarily been involved in litigation related to consumer and industrial products, medical and nursing home malpractice and attorney malpractice, he has also been heavily involved in other types of litigation involving matters related to construction defects, automobile and trucking accidents, deliberate intent and insurance coverage and bad faith. In 2019 Michael became the founding and managing member of Crim Law Office, a small firm focused on litigation and trial work. Michael maintains an AV® Preeminent™ Attorney Peer Review Rating. In addition to a busy litigation practice, Michael also devotes a substantial amount of time to law firm management and client development. Michael enjoys membership and is active in several legal organizations, including the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) where he is completing his third year on the Board of Directors.
