Serving as a DA Civilian Management and Program Analyst within HQ, USARC G-3/5/7 FMM. I am responsible for the input, maintenance/tracking, quality control and oversight of Database of Record (DoR) data for assigned Area Of Responsibility (AOR) for various SRCs and MSCs. I apply management theories and techniques to complex data storage, tracking, and manipulation problems in a rapidly changing environment of force design and modernization. I audit entries to the DoR for all COMPO 3 Organizations to ensure the entries are in accordance with (IAW) HQ Department of Army (DA) directives (i.e. Army Structure (ARSTRUC), Command Plan, Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) documentation, USARC Structure Message (USTRUC) and permanent orders; to include data resulting from Total Army Analysis (TAA) decisions, Force Feasibility Reviews, Stationing Actions, Military Construction (MILCON) actions, and Command Plan scrubs. I also analyze data and provide recommendations in the preparation of study findings, conclusions, and recommendations to Army Senior Leaders. I implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate DoR data and the appropriate use of the data by directorate personnel and outside agencies; run comparisons with USARC and HQDA DoR in conjunction with Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) Force Management (FM) staff. Lastly, I ensure output of effort is IAW approved HQDA doctrine, organizational concepts, governing directives, and sound judgment by providing technical guidance and/or the command position on DoR procedure, as well as providing input pertaining to Force Integration Functional Areas (FIFAs) and mission command for activations to the FMD Chiefs.

Served as the ARSOF management and program analyst within the US Army Special Operations Command Force Modernization Center (UFMC) in support of authorized manpower and equipping management issues affecting USASOC. I managed and provided oversight to the ARSOF Capability Manager of Force Modernization actions affecting the USASOC Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDAs) and Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOEs); analyzed and evaluated TDA and MTOE requests from subordinate units and Staff, developed and implemented sound organizational concepts in accordance with established Army, USSOCOM and USASOC regulatory guidance. ICW USASOC G8-FMD, provided oversight on all manpower, documentation, and equipment changes for all USASOC units ensuring successful mission accomplishment. Provided ARSOF capability managers with objective-based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of command manpower and equipping programs.

Served as a SOF Capability Management Analyst at the Special Operations Center of Excellence – United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Assigned to US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). Tasked with monitoring current, proposed, and future organizational structure and equipment requirements to ensure all capability gaps are addressed to reflect the needs identified by the Department of the Army and the Special Operations Command. Made recommendations and provided SME guidance in conjunction with the Army Capabilities Integration Center campaign plan for concept-related requirements development efforts by force modernization proponents. Provided insight and translated supporting information, policy and data into easily understandable communication via oral, verbal or visual means to senior leaders. Refined and updated the Special Forces Organizational and Operational (O&O) Concepts for Special Operations. Responsible for developing and creating the Force Modernization Center (UFMC) TDA Structure, and coordinating with HQDA DAMO-FM, and USSOCOM G8 for approval.

Served as a FA50 in various locations with the US Army Reserve Command (USARC) at Fort McPherson, GA and Fort Liberty, NC and the US Army Office of the Chief of Army Reserve (OCAR) at Fort Belvoir, VA. Duty Titles include: Force Integration Officer for Engineers, Sustainment Branch Chief; HQDA/OCAR Force Integrator for Signal, Cyber and Space, and G-3/5/7 Force Management Division Chief.
