Serving as a DA Civilian Management and Program Analyst within HQ, USARC G-3/5/7 FMM. I am responsible for the input, maintenance/tracking, quality control and oversight of Database of Record (DoR) data for assigned Area Of Responsibility (AOR) for various SRCs and MSCs. I apply management theories and techniques to complex data storage, tracking, and manipulation problems in a rapidly changing environment of force design and modernization. I audit entries to the DoR for all COMPO 3 Organizations to ensure the entries are in accordance with (IAW) HQ Department of Army (DA) directives (i.e. Army Structure (ARSTRUC), Command Plan, Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) documentation, USARC Structure Message (USTRUC) and permanent orders; to include data resulting from Total Army Analysis (TAA) decisions, Force Feasibility Reviews, Stationing Actions, Military Construction (MILCON) actions, and Command Plan scrubs. I also analyze data and provide recommendations in the preparation of study findings, conclusions, and recommendations to Army Senior Leaders. I implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate DoR data and the appropriate use of the data by directorate personnel and outside agencies; run comparisons with USARC and HQDA DoR in conjunction with Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) Force Management (FM) staff. Lastly, I ensure output of effort is IAW approved HQDA doctrine, organizational concepts, governing directives, and sound judgment by providing technical guidance and/or the command position on DoR procedure, as well as providing input pertaining to Force Integration Functional Areas (FIFAs) and mission command for activations to the FMD Chiefs.
