Bearcats Academy support students at CPS schools (current Aiken New Tech, Hughes, and Taft) in college readiness. College-aged mentors give students a model to look to, as they have more than likely been in their situations. My role has me doing both office work, printing, various excel work, gathers materials, as well as facilitating student deliverables during in-person sessions. I work with a small team to ensure Bearcats thrives.
