Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities related to the FastGrade loan administrative product. Increased annual revenues 323% by establishing a network of third party sales representatives to market the loan administration software suite (FastGrade), including development, negotiation and execution of reseller agreements, plus establishing a flexible pricing structure and product offering resulting in the expansion of the sales territory from Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin to all of the continental United States.• Enhanced the brand by coordinating the appointment of the company president to the faculty at the Wisconsin Graduate school of Banking. Strengthening the company’s brand in loan grading, allowance for loan and lease loss (ALLL) calculations and stress testing. • Developed and promoted a series of lending seminars showcasing the FastGrade Software, provided at no cost to customers of our resellers. Creating a more cost-effective approach to reaching potential clients.
