The Emerging Verticals team is a multi-disciplinary team structured to engage with non-GE customers around the world, build custom software solutions on the Predix platform, and contribute generalized components back to the GE Digital product catalog.As a senior designer on this team I get to...• Facilitate customer facing workshops that leverage design thinking techniques to define and prioritize areas of opportunity, feature requirements, metrics of success, and project roadmaps.• Drive customer alignment through visual communication (research reports, roadmaps, ecosystem diagrams, affinity maps, etc.).• Conduct on-site end user research to support persona definition and journey map creation.• Design and validate web app UI features and workflows with end-users.• Build production level wireframes on a cross-functional agile team satisfying the defined roadmap.
