Field Service Dispatch Supervisror
CurrentCurrently I’m working as a Field Service Dispatch Supervisor at Unitil Corporation, I supervise day-to-day operations and dispatch functionalities of five District Operating Centers (DOC’s) for emergency and non-emergency work while constantly striving for customer service success. I hold concurrent responsibility for maintaining operational control of FERC account and personnel updates within the Mobile Dispatch System (MDS), preparing periodic regulatory reports, and managing all system upgrades and modifications.It is worth mentioning that, I oversee all aspects of scheduling and assignment of 88,000+ work orders per year for 50 technicians operating across three states and five DOC’s. The following are highlights of my contributions to Unitil Corporation;☛ Earned AGA 1st Quartile Performance award for demonstrating performance excellence, enforcing industry best practices, and setting exemplary standards of commitment and dedication.☛ Enhanced efficiency and streamlined dispatching operations by consolidating five dispatch centers into a single centralized center.☛ Slashed overtime by 10% through strategically revamping critical routes, optimizing shipping process, eliminating redundancy, and implementing process improvement initiatives. ☛ Hand-picked by the management as outage management coordinator to handle emergency situations.☛ Played an instrumental role in identifying and resolving all meter related issues, including periodic testing and communication issues by conducting root cause analysis in collaboration with the billing and metering department.☛ Orchestrated and implemented policies and procedures for dispatch groups and ensured compliance with the requirements of Public Utility Commission for statistical meter sampling changes.
