For example ensuring we had client identification and a signed Financial Services Guide Acknowledgement. ‣ I was also involved in the final check of the client file to ensure that it would be flawless for audit. ‣ I also offered ongoing support to advisers by attending client meetings, performing financial modelling, conducting research, preparing superannuation fund comparisons and preparing personal insurance quotes. ‣ This role also involved continual education through continued study to keep up to date with current technical knowledge and also to ensure that we are utilising the most appropriate products and strategies available on the market.
