I was responsible for Services & Solutions portfolio strategy and development across our UK and EU businesses, growing Services Partner management and direct Services and Solutions delivery. Covering Consulting Services, Professional and Managed Services in all areas of technology.I engage with our businesses in the group and key partners to ensure that we have the right services and solutions to maintain and grow the broadest level of relevance and the highest level of customer service that Bechtle is known for.I ensure that the services that we deliver align with the overall business strategy and are enabling innovation to our customers and growth throughout our solutions portfolio for the Bechtle group.I mentor and coached people across all areas of business and seniority.

In my role as Services Director, I was responsible for a multitude of areas; Services Portfolio, Programme / Project Management, Partner Management, Solutions and Technical Design, Service Management along with Professional and Managed Services.I engaged with our key partners and vendors, to ensure that we have the right products, processes and people both internally and externally to maintain the high level of customer service that Softcat is known for.By working with Softcat's stakeholders, I ensured that the service that were delivered aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring governance while enabling innovation and growth through best practices.I mentored and coached people across all areas of the business and seniority and continue to support many of them now.

I coach and mentor the consulting and solutions architects teams to become the most effective thinkers/creators and consultants they can be.Consulting directly with our customers across IT Strategy and Transformation agendas and helping them with thought leadership in the hybrid cloud and Devops areas increasingly via cloud and agile service transformation thought leadership.
