I am a highly motivated and experienced leader with exceptional attention to detail. Through my experience at Regeneron, I have gained a great deal of knowledge in the GMP industry as well as Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, Raw Material Dispensing, Production Planning, Material Inventory, and personnel Leadership. Specifically, I have focused my earlier learning (pre-2015) on managing comparator drug supplies for clinical trials; starting with planning, procurement, and manufacturing, all the way through to labeling and distribution. Additionally, I am currently involved with inventory responsibilities supporting pre-production and post-production operations for Commercial Manufacturing; managing our Raw Material Dispensing operations that provides components to Manufacturing and focuses on keeping activities flowing seamlessly, and oversight of our records management team. Additionally, my business profile includes strong communication skills and effective relationship development. Over the past 14+ years at Regeneron, I have been successful at establishing and maintaining several business relationships with vendors and suppliers for our organization, as well as strengthening departmental relationships within the company. Leading a team of Sr. Managers, Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Coordinators and Technicians for a few years, I have been able to further develop my own skill set, as well as assisting my employees with their growth through trainings, meetings, and real-life experiences.
