I lead the audit program at latitude Corp. This includes all internal audits, QMS audits and any surveillance or recertification audits from customers or certifying bodies. I document any gaps in our system and implement changes and training to fill these gaps.I manage the QMS and verify the compliance with AS9100. I also oversee any procedure or work instruction change to the QMS. In addition to this, I also certify the parts we create (Certificate of conformance) and verify any counterfeit risk mitigation for incoming materials (GIDEP, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).I address all customer complaints and issue return material authorization (RMA) and do a root cause on what caused the issue. This includes SCAR/CAR implementation and root cause analysis. I disposition the parts and advise the rework method to repair the parts.I oversee all PPAP/First Article (AS9102) submissions to the customer. I ensure all documentation is accurate and included in the documentation practice.I work on continual improvement projects to help advance Latitude in cost savings and efficiency.I also perform capability analysis for SPC analysis, tolerance stackup for assemblies and create manufacturing drawings to help dial in the in-process tolerance.

I am the technical expert for developing and maintaining the process and documentation for the defense and aerospace products in the plant. This includes first article runs, deviations to the process and continuous improvements for these products in the plant.

I began as a project engineer, and after 6 months, I was promoted to lead sheet metal engineer. As a project engineers, I carried out improvement projects in 3 different plants, trained employees to new processes and did safety evaluations for loading devices.As the lead sheet metal engineer, I oversee two programmers in the sheet metal office. I also program combination machines, lasers, forming machines. In this role, I introduced dynamic nesting to the plant, improved reports for downstream communication and increased overall utilization by 5%.
