About Michael Dadashi

Michael Dadashi is the Founder/ CEO of Infinite Recovery, MHD Enterprises and Heartwater. He is also a person in long-term recovery. Clean and sober since 2009, Dadashi replaced his old attitudes with a new set of principles that motivated him to extend the same Life-saving second chances he had received to others struggling with addiction. He started by employing other recovering addicts at his e-waste recycling business, MHD Enterprises, which he has owned for more than a decade. Defying just about every possible conventional hiring practice, he grew the company to a multi-million-dollar enterprise, which Inc. magazine named the 28th fastest growing private company in the U.S. in 2012 and the 61st in 2013.In 2013, Dadashi took his mission to help addicts rebuild their lives one step further by opening Infinite Recovery. Both businesses are driven by extraordinary people who share the same definition of what it means to be “successful”: to live life with complete purpose and passion for all that you do personally and professionally. Infinite Recovery provides safe, ongoing care while equipping clients with the tools and support necessary for a successful second chance at life. The facility provides a 90-day inpatient program and intensive outpatient services, as well as high-accountability sober-living residences and a community center where people in recovery and the surrounding community can safely enjoy sober fellowship.Dadashi has the unique ability to bridge the gap between dynamic business growth and service to others. He is an active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and also serves on the board of Communities for Recovery, Teen and Family Services and the national nonprofit Facing Addiction. He recently launched HeartWater, a platform designed to “quench a universal thirst for authenticity and hope through powerful stories of all-inclusive recovery,” co-founded with his wife, Ylianna Dadashi.

Listed skills include Leadership, Start Ups, New Business Development, Business Development, and 16 others.

We believe in Infinite Possibilities! The mission of Infinite Recovery is to provide world-class treatment while honoring the dignity, worth, and uniqueness of all people recovering from the devastation of addiction. Those with experience in addiction know it is a maddening disease. While addiction is not a moral failure, it destroys our values and snares us in a cycle of selfishness and deceit. Yet those trapped in addiction often have underlying wounds that have never healed and experience a tremendous amount of shame and isolation. Our experience has shown us that a “boot camp” style approach may address the former but only exacerbate the latter, leaving the individual with new resentments, fresh wounds, and an overwhelming desire to self-medicate. Yet well-meaning families and therapists have extended unconditional love and forgiveness in order to heal the inner wounds of an addict, only to be taken advantage of by the insidiousness of addiction: manipulation, deception, and relapse. At Infinite Recovery we asked ourselves: what if there was a way to both challenge and heal?So that’s what we set out to do. We combine empowering therapeutic techniques with a no excuses milieu; we treat men and women as adults and partners in their own recovery. Our programs are designed to meet clients where they are and raise the bar for maturity and recovery. We hold clients to high standards while recognizing that each person that their own unique challenges and abilities. We respond to client’s recovery barriers or resistance with clinical assessment and empowering interventions. We assist clients in developing individualized goals in all areas of their life and celebrate individual success.
