* Led a number of business and IT consulting assignments in the Banking, Telecommunications, Health, Travel Services, IT Services and Agribusiness sectors including the following assignments:* strategic analysis and planning for the establishment of a business banking unit; * strategic analysis of the business impact and opportunities resulting from payments system reform;* strategic analysis of new revenue opportunities related to the use of broadband technologies within the Banking & Investment Services sector;* identification of technology-related business opportunities in the Health & Aged Care sector;* strategic IT review for a large, geographically diverse agribusiness;* strategy and project support for a number of M&A transactions

* Responsible for the project to integrate St.George Bank with the acquired Advance Bank / BankSA business.* Project encompassed all integration aspects - staff, organisation structure, systems, branches, customers, products etc.* Cost savings of $150m per annum were targeted with minimal customer defection
