Jungian analysis is not just about shadow work or dreams -- it is about facilitating healing and self-actualization by understanding the psyche and personality in depth. My approach reflects a strong understanding of personality development and type (MyersBriggs), joined with an engaging and warm personal style that creates transformation. I pay keen attention to life stage development, existential issues, trauma, attachment style, and spiritual experience. I help people upgrade their lives and relationships by encouraging self-knowledge, new lifestyle habits and healing of the relational, conscious self. SPIRITUAL TEACHING & GUIDANCEUsing depth psychology as the container and foundation for spiritual unfolding, I help people deepen their experience of conscious presence, healing and transcendent experience. I often hold seminars on personal growth and contemplative spirituality in the Netherlands. I speak intermediate Dutch. My 2017 book, The Art of Freedom: A Guide to Awakening, describes some of my inner journey and includes reflections on the nature of consciousness, meditation, relationships and self-love.
