I pay keen attention to life stage development, existential issues, trauma, attachment style, and spiritual experience. I help people upgrade their lives and relationships by encouraging self-knowledge, new lifestyle habits and healing of the relational, conscious self. I often hold seminars on personal growth and contemplative spirituality in the Netherlands. I speak intermediate Dutch.
