Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator position. In this role, I maintained a pipeline of active mortgage applications and made daily outreach to help customers find the best rate options and lock. Managing all milestones of the loan lifespan, I helped customers compile documents to get their loan processed and underwritten thereby propelling them to their closing. I also worked closely with Real Estate agents to ensure that accepted offers properly went under contract and could secure the best financing for the client's needs.

Cookshop is a luxury, Michelin recognized offering delivered in an approachable way. The Menu is a Farm to table designed program with an emphasis on local products. Daily maintenance and mock sales pitches for new dishes was required.Extensive food and beverage knowledge, gold star steps of service, extensive wine and spirit knowledge, operating a high volume section (average 50 guests per evening, 70-95 for brunch), extensive daily menu meetings, weekly wine brush ups and tests.
