I offer you 38 years of experience in the field of business development based on IT, service packaging, product development and process management as well as project management.I am familiar with the SMB market, public sector as well as global organizations.During my professional life, I have had the advantage of working in several industries. Regardless of industry, IT has been the unifying factor. My focus has always been on how IT can benefit the business and for users such as industrial workers, civil servants, patients, doctors and citizens.For most of my career I have worked as an entrepreneur. I have packaged a large number of IT services, run product development, sales, business development and often had many different roles in the businesses I worked in. Everything from CEO to product developer.I have run operations from 5 employees with SEK 5 million in turnover to 75 employees with SEK 175 million in turnover. I have held board positions in a number of companies, of which Koneo was the largest with approx. 800 million in turnover. Therefore, I believe that I have an understanding of the mechanisms that drive a business forward and the problems that management deals with on a daily basis.
