Michael is working within the Supply Chain Group function delivering the Demand and Supply Planning solutions on Anaplan and SAP IBP. Anaplan deployment in over 30 countries and still going…10/2017 thru 07/2020 Pharmaceuticals: With the development and approval of new drug products, the company embarked on a Digital Transformation journey to replace their manually intensive paper record processes with a Microsoft ERP and Reporting platform across the business. Michael reported into the Global CIO and was required to provide regular updates to the Executive Team, he was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation with an aggressive timeline. Following the initial implementation, Michael has also delivered other business initiatives including the setup of an internal ERP Centre of Excellence, second wave ERP deployments, the definition and delivery of the Procurement Roadmap and was responsible for the delivery of the ‘next-generation’ ERP strategy.09/2016 thru 09/2017 Private Equity: With two online retailers in their portfolio of businesses, the client initiated a merger of the two organisations and transition onto a single integrated group system on Oracle Cloud and Oracle Retail applications. Michael reported to the Group CIO and was responsible for the Technical Transformation and Integration of the back office across multiple business operations. The programme was initiated with five workstreams with deployment delivered through a hybrid approach of scrum and waterfall methodologies.
