My objectives are to assist communities in effective business retention and expansion and business succession and transition to sustain their local economies. I have a particular interest in employee ownership because it offers broader participation in the economic gains and governance of businesses. A company is less likely to leave a community if it is employee owned. In turn, this can make communities stronger and more resilient.
