Project Manager for Houston Chronicle's effort to move the media company's headquarters and business operation from downtown Houston to the company's Southwest Campus, the former Houston Post building. Responsible for managing the renovation of 177,000 square feet of gutted office space in two buildings attached to the Chronicle's production and press facility. Working with Gensler Design to create an environment for an evolving media company in the digital age. One that will provide a work environment that will support a collaborative working environment for the close to 1000 journalists, digital media specialist and other media company staff members that will relocate to the Southwest Campus.

Directed second and third level support for Tribune’s publishing and broadcast operations. Managed application support operations for eight geographically disparate newspapers and 30 plus television stations in major media markets. Led four directors with a 100+ staff member technology support organization.Centralized application support across Tribune’s newspaper publishing business units, interactive and broadcast operations.

Led the technology operation at the Orlando Sentinel, Tribune’s digital and newspaper publishing business unit serving central Florida's media market. Increased effectiveness and performance of operations. Improved system performance and reliability. Created Help Desk Operation to support manufacturing operations 7x24. Replaced several large systems in successful implementations.

Newport News/Hampton, Virginia

Directed technology operation and support for the Daily Press, Tribune’s publishing operation in the Hampton Roads Marketplace in Southeast Virginia. Managed a medium sized technology staff of 26. Facilitated and managed the technology integration of several community weekly newspapers acquired by the Daily Press.
