Director, Institutional Research, Analytics, And Reporting
CurrentThe Director of Institutional Research, Analytics, and Reporting (IRAR) is responsible for overseeing the operations that help support data-informed decisions. The director supervises and coordinates the strategic operation of the office and the work of the Enterprise Data Warehouse team and the Institutional Research team. These two teams work together to serve as campus leaders of data management, data science, and data analytics to support the centralized collection, management, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data, information, and evidence to make data-informed decisions. The Director broadly engages all stakeholders (i.e., students, faculty, staff, and other decision-makers) in data-informed decisions (tactical, operational, and strategic) to drive institutional excellence. The Director presents oral and written reports to the administration, deans, department chairs, and other university constituents. The Director reports to the Chief Information Officer and operates with a great deal of autonomy as a crucial campus partner.
