I am Vice President of Money Movement for FIS. FIS is ranked as the #1 financial technology provider. I am responsible for leading sales efforts of the company's Money Movement and Compliance solutions to Financial Institutions and large corporates. These solutions include; Bill Payments, Account to Account transfers, Person to Person payments, International remittances, and the NYCE debit network. Additionally, I am responsible for driving the new sales of FIS's Compliance products within the Financial Institution market. My primary focus is leading the sales team to build solid pipelines that deliver incremental clients and revenue.

MoneyGram International, a leading money transfer company, enables consumers who are not fully served by traditional financial institutions to meet their financial needs. MoneyGram offers bill payment services in the United States and Canada and money transfer services worldwide through a global network of more than 334,000 agent locations — including retailers, international post offices and financial institutions — in nearly 200 countries and territories. As vice president of sales and business development, I led the sales team responsible for selling the company's payment services into financial institutions and large corporates within North America. Our team specialized in electronic payments, remittances, on-line and walk-in bill payment, prepaid services and outsourced transaction processing.We were accountable for maintenance, retention and organic growth of more than 3,500 financial institutions, and were responsible for direct sales for many key national accounts.

Managing the sales, account management and marketing groups, I was responsible for s the company's bill payment, prepaid services, and financial institution products. One of my first achievements in this role was the successful restructuring of the existing team to create a vertical approach, leading to greater focus, accountability and depth.I also signed and implemented numerous key billers and alliance partners, resulting in a 30% increase in the biller network. Transaction volume was restored to achieve positive year after year growth. Some of these partners included Fidelity Information Systems, Fiserv, Online Resources and Southwest Business Corporation, to name a few.Some of our large banking relationships included Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Citibank.

In this role, I was responsible for the business development and client retention of the company's outsourced processing solutions to financial institutions. My team managed over 5,000 accounts and grew business over 150% during my tenure in this position.

As director of regional sales, I was responsible for selling the company's outsourced processing solutions to the largest banks in the U.S. I personally signed and implemented five of the top fifty institutions and established five strategic alliances.

I was selected to launch the company's entry into corporate payments focusing on Fortune 1000 companies. As an example of one of my largest achievements, I signed the Circle K Corporation.

My focus in this role was mid-sized to large accounts. I exceeded my sales goals every year, and became a trainer for new account executives.

In my first position with MoneyGram, I was responsible for the sales of payment services to financial institutions within defined geographic areas. Every year, I finished in the top 5% of company sales.
