Contracted with HOSTING to migrate their website (http://www.hosting.com/) from Umbraco to WordPress. Working with their designer, I recreated and improved the user interface to maximize a positive user experience. I created a custom responsive theme using Foundation as a base. Utilizing, HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery and JavaScript I incorporated the necessary functionality into the website which included the ability to post jobs and have the main job listing page self populate, as well as automatically post press releases and company news.After completing the theme development I migrated the 2400 existing pages and worked with the back-end team to deploy the new site.Additionally, I developed a blog site with a complimentary theme and worked with the team to secure and deploy the new blog (http://www.hosting.com/cloud-computing-blog/).The job was completed on time and on budget.

Managed residential facility for at-risk youth. Responsible for supervision of 16 staff members, including hiring, scheduling, progress evaluations and termination if necessary. Additionally, coordinated intakes and discharges for the 18 residents, Interfaced with government agencies including the Department of Human Services and the Division of Youth Corrections as well as courts for various counties to ensure effective transitions. Help develop and institute programming that would meet the needs of the residents and help them to address the issues that they faced. Managed the day to day operations of the facility.
