WhizCut is a family owned company producing precision carbide cutting tools for the global market. In addition to being a member of the board, I work with online marketing, search-engine optimization and creating and reviewing sales material.

Lead game analyst for hit game Lemmings and a number of other games.Responsible together with the rest of the Karmafy team in taking Exient from third party data to a 1st party data strategy.

As product manager at Ongame I have seen all sides of the business, from producing roadmaps and holding sales pitches for existing or potential B2B customers to the close collaboration with the development and operational teams. In product development my focus has mostly been towards player experience, working closely with usability experts, prototype development and production teams. My interest in agile product development has resulted in continues work in enhancing the development process and maximizing business value output from IT. I am especially proud of my work with the successful introduction of a single product backlog for the 10+ development teams at Ongame.

As a poker product manager at bwin Games I initiated and was overall product manager of a completely new next generation poker system. This multi 100 million SEK project was successfully launched in 2009 in the newly regulated market of Italy and later on for the rest of the world. It taught me a lot about working with regulated markets and all the different aspects of driving large projects.

Lead developer and architect of Ongame's first real poker platform. As time went on I moved more towards overall technical responsibility as a system owner and project management. Starting in 2004 I was a part of taking Ongame from the phase-gate development process we had come to using to an agile process using Scrum. This was an enlightening experience and I have since been a strong advocate for extreme programming practices, agile and Scrum.

As a master thesis I Initiated and lead the development of a brand new multi-player gaming platform for mobile phones using J2ME. My first game, multi-player chess, went live in 2001 on the Swedish telecom operator Halebop. A number of other games developed by Gnistra followed on this platform.

I spent summers and other spare time as a consultant producing sales material for different manufacturing companies. I worked with everything from creating and rendering 3d models to copywriting and catalogue layout.
