With over 20 years of experience in global diversity and inclusion consulting, I am the co-founder and managing principal of Global i365, a strategic D&I consulting firm that helps organizations create inclusive cultures and leverage diversity as a competitive advantage.I have led and delivered D&I solutions for clients across various industries and regions, including integrated D&I strategy development, organization culture assessment, D&I education and training, D&I leadership development, and D&I research.
