As the Executive Officer of TribalHub, I am working to grow the capabilities, services and value of the organization that I founded in 1998 by continuing to build upon the many services provided to Native American organizations across the United States. TribalHub has become the largest community of technology leaders from tribes and tribal enterprises across the United States. My previous work includes 30+ years of experience in consulting or senior management roles within gaming and hospitality and/or Native American organizations. This is in addition to forming, launching and managing several other businesses and industry organizations. I’ve lead the design and successful implementation of the technology infrastructure and systems for dozens of casino and hotel properties, five large health clinics, a sport and fitness arena, gas stations, manufacturing businesses and multiple large office complexes.In addition to my Executive leadership and technology positions, I have attempted to be an innovator and entrepreneur. - Was a founder/creator of what has become the Gaming & Hospitality Research Center (GHRC) and Native American Technology Research Center (NATRC), both industry specific technology research centers.- Founded TribalNet, an organization that was designed to improve communication, connection and the use of technology within all tribes and tribal enterprises. TribalNet is now a division of TribalHub but it remains the largest annual conference and exhibit specifically focused on technology minded leaders from tribes across the United States.- As a consultant, I’ve worked with more than a dozen tribal organizations on strategic planning, business plans, technology infrastructure, gaming systems, digital strategy, enhancing revenue generation and leadership/management. - Lead the initiative to form the nonprofit Tribal Share and the Tribal-ISAC, a tribal community and member group focused on improving the security posture, preparedness and practices of all Native American organizations.
