I am, first and foremost, a family man to whom his Christian values, morals and ethics are of paramount importance. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business and Professional Leadership from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. While at Southeastern, I served as Editor-In-Chief of the student newspaper. I earned and honed my insurance acumen while working for the four largest auto insurers in the United States and as an independent property and casualty adjuster. I have also added multi-jurisdictional Worker's Comp. to my repertoire of adjusting expertise. While I did not set out seeking a career in the insurance industry, it found me. It's a good, honorable profession and I am proud of my skills, knowledge and accomplishments within it. Prior to joining the insurance industry, I utilized my degree and developed my leadership skills in customer service and retail management.Outside of my work life as an insurance and business professional, I am a poet, freelance editor/writer and aspiring author. I value honesty and integrity. I give respect freely but I take for granted that I must earn it from others.
