I also have experience as counsel of record litigating individual and consumer class action cases involving claims brought under various state and federal laws, including the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I have written and contributed at the federal district and appellate court level to the crafting of briefs opposing class certification, approving class action settlements, proposing protective orders and seeking summary judgment.I am admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 1st, 10th and 11th Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, Northern District of Illinois and District of Colorado and the state & appellate courts of Georgia. I provide counsel in the production of documents for a multi-district litigation document depository.
