Overall responsible for leading a national team of Consulting Analysts to securely capture and store electronic and hard copy evidence.This includes improving evidence capture processes to enhance client satisfaction, stakeholder management, performance management, recruitment, training and coaching, setting strategic direction, rolling out new technologies.

Management of Evidence Services VIC/TAS, including our Traralgon Capture Team consisting of up to 40 staff. Responsible for Client Engagement and Service Delivery to Enforcement and Stakeholder Teams in Melbourne and Hobart. Managed the successful replacement of scanning and high volume evidence processing infrastructure resulting in increased productivity, quality and client satisfaction.

National responsibility for managing the Evidence Services Team. Created business plans and policies for Evidence Services, including KPI's and creation of Service Level Agreements with clients. Attended Senior Enforcement Executives meetings and delivered presentations and updates on Evidence Services activities and projects. Managed budgets, resourcing and recruitment for the national team.

Set up national best practice evidence management team to Capture and Store Evidence for ASIC. Managed Commercial Scanning within the team for external organisations and clients.

Management of 150 Registry Staff in processing, scanning, mailroom and policy roles. Delivery on key performance standards for the searching public on the ASIC Registry cascading down to individual Registry staff KPI's. Lead, motivate and develop Team Leaders and Section Managers.

Gippsland Lending Services Manager responsible for lending in the Gippsland region. Achieved over 20% growth in Gippsland Lending portfolio in 2000-01. Supervision of lending staff in Gippsland Region.
