Experienced underwriting of leveraged joint-venture equity positions within UK and European markets on behalf of a major Real Estate Fund.Currently a Director with Trimont Real Estate Advisors in London, specializing in the asset management of complex performing and non-performing credit on behalf of commercial real estate lenders and investors around the world. As part of our services, Trimont also excels at loan servicing, facility and security agency, cash management, fund and asset level accounting, underwriting, due diligence and leading technologies that empower our clients to better evaluate and manage risk and return.
