About Michael Delciello

I've spearheaded strategic TMT business models and partnerships that drive multibillions of dollars in revenue. I've influenced internal senior executives and our partners at the world's top media and tech companies to capitalize on emerging technologies and realize first-of-their-kind products and initiatives. I initially joined the innovation arm of Comcast to helm business development and execute the vision for the launch of X1 which disrupted the cable industry. I also believe in soliciting ideas and perspectives from junior team members, stemming from the foundation gained in my early career at McKinsey. KNOWING HOW THINGS WORKI majored in electrical engineering in college because I like to know the complex, technical aspects of how things work and later earned my MBA from MIT. I now mentor my team to be prepared with a hands-on understanding of the products and all sides of issues. When I’m asked for time to suggest ways to structure or pitch things that will be palatable to partners, I’m told that it saves my colleagues a lot of time. I enjoy completely new learning experiences that require total focus, and I earned my pilot’s license in 2018.
