As CIO, led the transformation of the company’s processes and IT platforms. In addition, led the Enterprise Program Management Office which oversaw all strategic programs for the company. Integrated multiple acquired entities into Diversey operations. Diversey was a Bain portfolio company.

The board advises the CSLA dean on business, technology, and cultural trends and developments that may influence course offerings, programs, and research initiatives to position CSLA as a leader in education and technology.

Member of the Executive Leadership team that grew the company and executed a successful IPO. As CIO, built an operating platform that enabled the company to grow significantly post IPO. Integrated multiple acquired entities into Catalent operations. Catalent was a Blackstone portfolio company.

Led the Global IT organization of Church & Dwight, a $3b consumer products manufacturer• Defined and implemented a new Global IT strategy including a new global operating model, organization structure, support model, and sourcing strategy.• Led a program to replace or upgrade all major operational (SAP) and analytical systems and infrastructure. Enabled the company to grow, integrate acquisitions faster, and manage the global supply chain more effectively. These efforts contributed to a margin expansion of 700 bps for the company.• Member of the M&A team which evaluates potential acquisitions and oversaw the IT integration for multiple acquisitions and divestitures as well as a joint venture creation.• Completely revamped the company’s web presence by upgrading corporate and brand web sites and introducing new e-commerce capabilities to deliver new sources of revenue.• Implemented a new Global HRIS solution (Workday) enabling the company to better manage its global human resource asset.

Built and led a 350 person global team based in 35+ locations to deliver innovative technology solutions that optimize the product life cycle. Managed a total direct and indirect global budget of $250m.In addition to the above responsibilities, provided leadership to IT staff (330) in US and Canada locations via a matrixed regional IT structure.• Developed strategies to more effectively utilize information technology within the Commercial Operations functions at Roche on a global and regional basis.• Built a new global organization to enable these new strategies. The new structure contains account management teams who define multi-year IT strategies for each internal customer and global/regional delivery centers that deliver customizable solutions.• Launched and oversaw programs that delivered operational CRM (in 30+ countries), data warehouse solutions, and collaboration, and e-marketing capabilities using standardized regional solutions.• Revamped Roche’s internet presence to more effectively communicate with clinicians, doctors, and patients.

Led a 100+ person team in delivering IT services to the Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Market Research, and Planning functions within PM USA, a $19 billion unit of Altria.• Significantly improved field sales force productivity through a series of process and technology initiatives resulting in a 50% increase in retail store call rates.• Increased price promotion pass through and reduced product promotion cycle time by four weeks by streamlining and automating processes as part of a CRM initiative.• Led a $75mm program to replace Mac hardware and infrastructure for 3,200 Sales and Marketing staff, including new laptops, servers, software distribution, network, and converting 13 legacy applications.• Improved segmentation and personalization for consumers by implementing a new Consumer Database to support direct marketing activities.

Led the HQ Systems organization of PM Int’l, a $28 billion subsidiary of Altria.• Developed the Strategic Systems Plan for the Headquarters organization that specified the replacement and integration of all major systems and technology over a four-year period. • Reduced monthly reporting cycles (from 15th work day to 2nd) by implementing a global Performance Measurement System that consolidates, standardizes, and reports key performance data (e.g., volume, financials, plans, capacity) for all global entities.• Implemented SAP to support HQ, a $6 billion cigarette export business, and a tobacco factory. Thirty international locations used the system to place orders, source product, and manage inventory globally.

Held a series of positions with progressive responsibility culminating in the appointment as Account Director at the Corporate Headquarters of Altria
