My valuation assignments addressed acquisitions, divestitures, purchase price allocations, corporate planning, fairness opinions, and financial advisory. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, I was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ and Standard & Poor’s corporate value consulting practice. Prior to that, I worked for several years at another accounting firm, performing business valuations and providing tax and audit services.
