I leverage my successful executive experience in finance and management to help small to midsize companies improve their business. No challenge is too great or small. I have assisted clients with everything from assessing their strategic direction to cleaning up their QB chart of accounts, developing KPI's, and preparing board of director presentations. My prior work experiences include navigating a local biometric staffing company to a profitable global CRO. For the last three years, I was the President of our global oncology CRO, where I led a team in two acquisitions and turned around a static US-based division to our largest group with offices around the world until there was a successful exit. Prior to my appointment as president, I was the CFO where I helped set the strategic course, developed all financial systems, controls and financial metrics. I created all of our pricing tools as well as negotiating and approving all contracts. I arranged all financing for working capital needs, managed our global currencies and was responsible for all benefit and risk management decisions as well as, managing our IT and HR group.
