Advanced Facilities Business Line

-EcoSys SME- Jacobs EcoSys SME for Advanced Facilities business line. Assisting in global training, development, and testing of new configuration of EcoSys for Jacobs (branded IPCS - Integrated Project Controls System).

Responsible for overall Project Services activities for the Specialized Manufacturing region consisting of three main execution centers (offices) at Jacobs. Responsibilities include day to day management of Document Controls, Admin, Project Controls, Estimating, Procurement, and Risk activities.

Global

Project Manager and SME in the Transformation space working to align and reinvent existing processes and digitize them to a common global system. Responsibilities included the creation of a project delivery system branded internally as Polaris and create modules for digitized execution. Primary modules co-created were Project Review, Revenue Recognition, Landing Pages, etc. Interfaced with other product owners, PM's, and IT organization to align core systems and reports in Jacobs Analytics. Typical activities included user story creation and refinement, stakeholder management, schedule development, and roadmap of the modules.

Product Owner for Jacobs EcoSys instance branded IPCS. Business owner responsible for overall sprint planning, agile development, SME engagement, helpdesk, roadmap, and business planning.

-Project Controls Lead- Managed the Project Controls effort on a Multi Projects Group of projects consisting of multi clients and projects ranging from specialty chemical, power, advanced manufacturing, and pulp and paper. Lead a team of up to 5 direct reports including day to day task management and standardization, hiring, on-boarding/continued training. March 2017-June 2019. -Project Controls Lead- Returned to a previous assignment on site for a confidential client on a multi million dollar manufacturing facility from January 2017-March 2017 to re-establish the TIC forecast and other Project Controls functions.-Project Controls Engineer- Assisted in the phase 2/3 development and kickoff of a large greenfield pulp and paper project for an international client from September 2016-January 2017.-Project Controls Engineer- Assisted in the Project Controls effort for an program of phase 2 projects for an international pulp and paper client from March 2016-December 2016. -Project Controls Engineer- Worked on site as a lead cost engineer for a confidential client on a multi million dollar manufacturing facility from January 2015-February 2016.-Project Controls Lead- Managed cost and schedules for an alliance of 75 plus projects $0-$2.8MM for a confidential pulp and paper client from April 2013-January 2015 ranging from conceptual through detail design phases. -Project Controls- Managed cost and schedule deliverables during the detail design phase on a multi million dollar international EPCM chemical project for a confidential client from September 2012-May 2013.
