Three software platforms for company operations with Airtable, streaming services with OTTera, and broadcast services with Broadview. As the Manager of Broadcast Production, I work closely with the EarthxTV & Film President and Vice President of Production & Creative, in partnership with the editorial team, production team, marketing, and content development teams to maintain an operations strategy and to craft a robust thematic channel lineup as well as managing the daily operations.Responsible for working with internal production teams to create quality programming for the EarthxTV console, streaming, and other new platforms, this high-level position manages an internal production team while supporting internal and external producers and teams assigned to assist with content developed in the EarthxTV pipeline. Shows include Energy 4, Population Factor, Earthx CEO, Law & Nature, Planet 911, Defending Nature, Overcoming Overshoot, Faith is Green, and others. The Manager of Broadcast Production will see content and programs through the greenlight process from concept to release to live operations (where applicable) and, will collaborate on the identification, selection, negotiation, and ongoing management of all program production teams and schedules. The Manager of Broadcast Production is responsible for proposing, establishing, and implementing production and operation systems and strategies, processes, and protocols for the EarthxTV experience both internally and externally; and ensures all programming content is on track to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets while ensuring the identification and communication of goals, progress, quality, and risks.

As a lead Project Manager at Encore Live, I spearheaded high-level client events overseeing a $3.5M budget and all aspects of development for the production. Venue management included 200 acres at Fair Park Dallas, for approximately 280,000 attendees, guests, and conferees, EarthX Expo is the world’s largest convention, expo, and festival promoting sustainable practices.
