At Keytrade I serve different roles. My first mission is to ensure the delivery of our Luxembourg (Keytrade Luxembourg) and Swiss (Strateo) branches. My second mission is to manage core programmes of Keytrade. Finally, I also continue to manage project. In those roles of Project Manager, Account Manager and Programme Manager I rely on methodologies like Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.5), Projects In Controlled Environment (PRINCE 2) and SCRUM.

For a Belgian cooperative bank I have managed two very transversal projects from initiation to delivery. The first one had two main goals. Firstly ensure that the outputs to the clients (statements and letters) continue to be delivered while the generating business applications were migrated from one software (Thaler 2.3) to a new one (Sopra Core Banking System). Secondly to take advantage of the opportunity to upgrade and harmonize the content, lay-out and production chain of these documents.The second project had also a double goal. Firstly ensure that the operational reports affected by the business application migration (Thaler 2.3 to Core Banking System) would continue to work. Secondly migrate about 3000 reports from SAP Business Objects 6 to SAP Business Objects XI (it was about time) in 10 months.

Worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the Application Development and Maintenance departement of a Belgium based financial services company that specializes in the settlement of securities transactions as well as the safekeeping and asset servicing of these securities. In this role I have been controlling and coaching project leaders to ensure the good execution of a portfolio of IT projects all around their life-cycle. The project budget ranging between 500 and 10.000 man-days with teams distributed over Belgium, France and India. The project methodology used is strongly based on Prince 2.

I joined Fortuneo Bank a few months after it took over Cortal Consort Belgium. During my time with Fortuneo I've been working on a whole series of projects. The first ones, relatively small, consisted in a more "Fire-Figthing" mode where speed of action and quick problem solving were necessary. For which we mainly used the Six Sigma methodology. With the time the project grew in side and touched all the range of projects a Bank can go through. I've been strongly involved in the creation and launch of the middle-office of the Company together with Mainsys and ProCapital. I've managed the project of implementation of Kiamo to replace the IVS telephony system of the bank. I've also managed the project of outsourcing the paper outputs (statements and letters to the client) to Publimail. I've also been managing a lot of the improvement of the partnership with Merak regarding document scanning and archiving. We mostly followed a waterfall (Prince 2) methodology to manage those projects. Finally the last big project I've been contributing to was the upgrade of the company public and private websites to a totally new Responsive Web Designed one. It was for me the opportunity to discover more in detail the agile way of working proposed by Scrum.

During two years I've had the pleasure to work in the HR Service Center for EMEA of DuPont in Asturias Spain. During that period I co-ordinate the transfer process for DuPont employees moving to or from Belgium, The Netherlands, UK and Germany in compliance with corporate policies, local legislation, business needs and employee situations in EMEA. In that role I had to provide specific advice on transferee policy issues and procedures to the tansferees and their management, manage payroll entries and modifications.I also worked on process quality improvement through transverse lean 6 sigma projects. The aim of these projects where to reduce risks and process time by standardizing procedures and information sharing between different teams.

In parallel with my University studies I've been working in a activity center for teenagers funded by the local municipality. In the evenings and over the weekends I was coaching teenagers from all backgrounds in different fields of activity.This experience, on top of financing my studies, has taught me a lot of human and social lessons that have been very useful in my later life.
