Role split: 100% Audit.Responsibilities and experience• Manage a portfolio of audit engagements (c$1.5M) and a team of 8 people.• Member of the audit Fast & Strategic Growth team whose aim is to generate new business for the firm.• Member of the Team Structure Group aimed at restructuring the audit team to improve focus around industry groups, improve engagement with and management of people, and recognition of employees. • Co-ordinate training requirements and prepare training materials for the audit department.• Prepare technical training material on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. • Participate in the administration of the audit department including counselling, productivity of team and billings.
