With PGI Investments, I was promptly promoted from Acquisitions Analyst to Senior Manager. In this role, I oversaw the monthly purchasing of 30-40 residential properties, managing a $30M allocation. In addition, I spearheaded business expansion purchasing over 500 properties. I also sourced, hired, trained, and managed the acquisitions team of eight direct report analysts. Opened the Orange County office in September 2011, managing all staffing, training, and operational responsibilities; purchased over $10M in properties in the first two months.
