Directing the internal capacity building and strategic planning with executive team and 20+ teams to integrate equity across portfolio of building decarbonization, clean transportation, distributed energy resources and large scale on-shore and offshore renewable energy development.

Led innovation strategy and partnership development for low-income and disadvantaged communities for the the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at DOE. Directed the Clean Energy for Low Income Communities Accelerator (CELICA), a USDOE Better Buildings Initiative that partnered with state and local governments, utilities, and nonprofits that committed $350M to serve 150,000 low income households with cost effective energy efficiency and distributed renewables that promote energy affordability. Created the CELICA toolkit, a top resource on the Better Buildings Solution Center website, and the Low-income Energy Affordability Data (LEAD) Tool with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, used by thousands of stakeholders for program planning, policy and research. Oversaw a nine-agency collaboration on energy solutions for low income communities. Supervised a team of federal staff and fellows, and managed contracts.

Co-led project for EPA's State and Local Climate and Energy Program focused on helping states and local communities meet Clean Power Plan goals through energy efficiency and renewable energy best practices in low income communities.
