My background has been focused on Property spanning over 20 years with a specialisation in Corporate Property Finance. In my early years, I spent time working as a surveyor/town planner as well as in property acquisitions. I am a corporate property finance professional with experience in structuring and delivering property financing solutions for institutional property developers and investors. This experience has extended across senior debt, subordinated (mezzanine) debt and fund equity structures, within the Australian domestic market. In my current role at CEFC, I am responsible for the origination and execution of capital investments in the property sector consistent with CEFC's investment mandate. With a focus on supporting the decarbonisation of the Australian property sector through the adoption of clean energy technologies, mobilisation of capital, operational efficiencies, and design. By using a commercial approach I am focussed on being at the leading edge driving significant change in the property sector, overcoming market barriers and investing for a positive return. Investment sizing ranges from $50m to $300m, with my clients including listed and unlisted Funds as well as private family offices.
