Who am I?-- An adventurer, hard worker, people first, & challenge oriented individual. I graduated from Glenbard East HS. I was more interested in sports, ground out my studies, & earned my diploma. I enjoyed construction and worked as a carpenter. I became a member of local 1889 and worked for several years in the industry. I was motivated to serve country during the first Gulf War and joined the Air Force. I retired after 23 plus years working stateside, overseas, deployed, & in leadership, management, & followership roles focused toward small teams up to large diverse organizations.What are my skills?-- When I became a Non-Commissioned Officer, I was mentored to take care of your personnel, & help them to achieve success, & their goals. Best advice and reward I could ever have received! I am passionate about exceptional service to customers. I am comfortable working high stress, & high ops tempo work environments. I appreciate collaborating, & team work with other personnel. I am responsible, trustworthy, & reliable. Skills that are high-demand in today's business environment.Why me?-- Because I WANT to work to satisfy my desire to repair/maintain equipment. I enjoy servicing, diagnosing, & fixing vehicles-equipment. I have the background, education, training, & experience. My motivation is the fact of knowing a customer, & employer has trusted me with expensive assets, is relying on me, & use my technical ability to solve a problem. I want to take care of the customer, strengthen the company brand, & earn business.Some unique facts about me?-- American Heart Association CPR & AED adult, child, & infant certified. I viewed from safe distance the second most powerful space vehicle launch. I participated in hurricane clean-up operations on the Gulf Coast. I SCUBA dived in North Dakota, sky dived in southern California, & skied the Austrian-Swiss Alps. I climbed/maintained an 800 foot communications tower, installed telecomm in the desert, & worked in the nuclear community. I was a Red Cross CPR/Self-Aid instructor.
